About Tara:


Real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It’s about helping people make good decisions during some of life’s biggest transitions.


My path to real estate wasn’t exactly a straight one. I started with a pre-med degree and a career in teaching before finding my way into real estate more than a decade ago. While those careers may seem very different, the common thread has always been people. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I take seriously the responsibility of helping my clients navigate one of their largest financial decisions.


Today, I’m a REALTOR® and Broker with Wolfe Realty and Keller Williams Montana Realty, serving Bozeman, Belgrade, and the surrounding Gallatin Valley. I combine local market knowledge, honest communication, strong negotiation, and a practical understanding of real estate as both a home and an investment.


I don’t believe my job is to “sell” someone a house. My job is to provide good information, point out what I see, help my clients understand the market, and advocate for their interests so they can make a decision they feel confident about. With sellers, that means thoughtful pricing, preparation, marketing, and regular communication—not simply putting a property on the MLS and hoping it sells.


Life Outside of Real Estate


I’m the proud mom of four adult children and a very happy grandma. Family dinners, game nights, hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, and simply spending time together are some of my favorite things.

My faith is an important part of my life, as is my passion for helping people heal and grow. I host Live Brighter with Tara, a podcast centered around becoming healthier and growing 1% at a time. I’m also the founder of Hope Harbor Transitional Living, a nonprofit created in 2023 to support women and children rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse.

Montana is home, and I’m grateful that my career allows me to help other people create a life here, too.
